The Singapore Edition attracted over 750 property investors from Southeast Asia and resulted in AED 70 million+ in property transactions, reaffirming its role as a trusted cross-border investment platform. Bollywood actor Arbaaz Khan graced the event as the Guest of Honour, while visitors benefited from exclusive property showcases, legal consultations, and investment insights.
The London Edition saw remarkable growth, featuring 18 exhibitors, generating over AED 300 million in sales, and welcoming more than 1,200 visitors over two days. The event highlighted Dubai’s dynamic real estate opportunities to the UK audience and further strengthened NKN Media’s position as a leader in curating global property showcases.
Together, both editions reflect NKN Media’s expanding influence across the GCC, Europe, and Southeast Asia—demonstrating its capability to organize world-class real estate exhibitions that connect developers with high-potential international investors.
